Here at the White Horse we aim to give you a warm welcome, the best home cooked food and of course a great range of Beers, wines and Spirits for you to enjoy.  We are a real hidden Gem of a pub, nestled away in the old part of Birstall, set against the picturesque backdrop of Water mead Park,  the grand union Canal and River Soar  

Our Steak offer has been expanded-  Mondays through to Thursdays, we are now including our delicious rib eye and sirloins as well as rump steak.  Buy any two steaks with all the trimmings and receive a free bottle of wine to accompany your meal.

If you would like to eat with us, you have the choice of our Dining area, the more relaxed bar area or in our beautiful garden.  We give you plenty of reasons to pop along for a drink too, there’s regular live music, quiz nights and charity events. See our Monthly events calendar for details.

Our refurbished garden, including an excellent Children’s play area, boarders the river and gives superb views over Watermead, it's a perfect place to stop for refreshments after a gentle walk.  And there's always a drink for the dogs too!
